Conditions of Use
vanconcept and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Electronic Communications
When you visit vanconcept or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Payment
An initial deposit of 15% is required for the Crux base kit. Once received, we will get in touch to finalise the options you want and any upgrades you may require, along with an estimated completion date. A further payment of 35% will be required before manufacturing commences and the remaining balance will be due in full, prior to the kit being shipped / collected.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Lead Time
Whilst we hold some component parts in stock, all kits are made to order, due to the various options available and we will be in touch shortly after you have placed your order to give an estimated time frame and discuss your options. Typically, a lead time of 8 weeks can be expected, but this can and does vary a little, so bear this in mind when planning your build schedule.
We will always do our best to prepare your kit in the timeframe agreed, and will keep you updated on progress, however, we do not be liable for any costs incurred in the event of delayed delivery, incorrect or missing parts (however, if you do find any missing parts we will quickly arrange for these to be corrected).
Options
No two Crux conversion are the same, thanks to the range of options that can be spec’d. We offer an accent powder coat colour on all our products. We have various panel finishes available, a number of wall lining options and can deck the floor out with a choice of vinyl.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website, however we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. To request samples of materials and colour swatches please contact us via email on vanconcept@moto-rdesign.com
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel please contact us via email at vanconcept@moto-rdesign.com providing your order details. In the event you choose to cancel your purchase of crux we will issue a refund, minus any costs incurred by us to the point of cancellation. As all kits are made to order we request a 15% deposit to be paid at the point of placing an order, plus an additional 35% payment once design choices are finalised, once this payment has been received we will commence fabrication of the kit to your specifications.
Shipping
Due to the large nature of many of the parts in the kit, the order needs to be shipped on a large pallet at the customer's expense. Alternatively, collection from our workshop can be arranged and we welcome you to come and see what we do. If you are local, we may even drop it off for you.
Lifetime Discounts
Lifetime discounts can be offered and withdrawn at the discretion of vanconcept, there is no obligation for vanconcept to continue to offer this scheme.
The Lifetime discount is offered only for customers purchasing crux for their personal use. We reserve the right to deactivate any discount code if we deem use to be excessive.
Product Descriptions
vanconcept and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, vanconconcept does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by vanconcept itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Returns & Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.
Licence & Site Access
vanconcept grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of vanconcept. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of vanconcept. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of vanconcept and our associates without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing vanconcepts name or trademarks without the express written consent of vanconcept. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by vanconcept. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of vanconcept so long as the link does not portray vanconcept, its associates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any vanconcept logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
